摘要
目的:分析沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病合并心力衰竭的临床效果。方法:选取200例冠心病合并心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,患者均为东营市河口区人民医院(2020年5月-2024年5月)收治,依据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组采用阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗。比较两组心功能指标、血脂指标及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组脑钠肽水平较治疗前低,且观察组较对照组低,两组左室射血分数较治疗前高,且观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯、总胆固醇水平较治疗前低,且观察组较对照组低,两组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平较治疗前高,且观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病合并心力衰竭的临床效果较好,能够改善患者心功能,降低血脂,且安全性较高。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of sacubitril valsartan combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with heart failure.Methods:Two hundred patients with coronary heart disease combined with heart failure were selected as the study subjects,and the patients were all admitted to Dongying Hekou District People's Hospital(May 2020-May 2024),and were divided into a control group and an observation group based on the random number table method,with one hundred cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin,and the observation group was treated with sacubitril valsartan on the basis of the control group.Compare the cardiac function indexes,blood lipid indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the brain natriuretic peptide level of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of LDL cholesterol,triglycerides and total cholesterol in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the levels of HDL cholesterol in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group;the difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of sacubitril valsartan combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with heart failure(P<0.05)is better,can improve the patients'cardiac function,reduce blood lipids,and is safer.
