摘要
为了保证喀斯特发育场地的桩基质量,文章分析了喀斯特发育的条件和溶洞的类型,以某城市住宅建筑的钻孔灌注桩为研究对象,分析了卡钻、埋钻、漏浆、夹泥、桩径改变、桩底沉渣过厚度等桩基缺陷的成因,并提出了相应的加固技术。随后,利用静载试验检测了桩基加固后的效果,研究成果可为喀斯特地桩基建设提供理论指导。
In order to ensure the quality of pile foundation in karst development site,this paper analyzes the conditions of karst development and the types of karst caves.Taking the bored pile of an urban residential building as the research object,it analyzes the causes of pile foundation defects such as drill tool sticking,drill tool burying,slurry leakage,mud inclusion,pile diameter change,pile bottom sediment thickness exceeding requirement,and puts forward the corresponding reinforcement technology.Subsequently,the effect of pile foundation reinforcement is tested by static load test.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for pile foundation construction in karst areas.
