摘要
构建科学的学校融合教育质量评价指标体系是实施融合教育质量评价的前提。本研究基于文献法、访谈法、德尔菲法和层次分析法构建了普通学校融合教育质量评价指标体系。经过三轮专家咨询,最终确定“学校管理”“学校环境”“师资队伍”“课程教学”“学生发展”5个一级指标、“组织领导”“物理环境”等15个二级指标和37个三级指标,并分析了各级指标的权重系数。通过指标体系的构建,更为客观地了解学校融合教育工作的落实情况,为完善融合教育实践提供指导,为融合教育评价与督导提供参考。
The construction of a scientific quality evaluation index system of inclusive education is the prerequisite for implementing the quality evaluation of inclusive education. This study constructed a system of integration education quality evaluation index based on texts analysis, interview, Delphi method, and hierarchical analysis method. After three rounds of expert consultation, five first-level indicators including the “school management” “school environment” “teacher team” “curriculum and teaching” and “student development” were determined. 15 second-level indicators including “organizational leadership” “physical environment” and 37 third-level indicators were also determined. Additionally, the weight coefficients of indicators at each level were analyzed Through the construction of the indicator system, we understood the implementation of the inclusive education in schools more objectively, so asto provide guidance for improving the practice of inclusive education, and provide reference for the evaluation and supervision of inclusive education.
