摘要
目的 通过文献资料回顾,探讨正中动脉相关性的腕管综合征的治疗经验。方法 对2022年4月收治的1例腕管综合征伴有正中动脉患者术中切断腕横韧带,松解游离正中动脉,保留正中动脉的连续性。结果 术后6个月随访,手指麻木及无力较前明显改善,轻微无力感,但不影响日常生活。结论 终生留存正中动脉可能是腕管综合征的罕见原因,通过文献回顾,使外科医生了解这种解剖变异,以防止术中损伤该血管影响手指血运。
Objective To explore the experience in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome associated with median artery by reviewing the literature.Methods A patient with carpal tunnel syndrome with median artery was treated in April 2022.The transverse ligament of the wrist was severed during the operation,and the free median artery was released to preserve the continuity of the median artery.Results After 6 months'follow-up,the numbness and weakness of the fingers were significantly improved,the slight weakness existed,but did not affect daily life.Conclusion Persistent median artery retention may be a rare cause of carpal tunnel syndrome.Through literature review,surgeons should be aware of this anatomical variation in order to prevent intraoperative injury of this vessel from affecting the blood flow of fingers.
