摘要
为进一步提高浮环气膜密封的密封性能,提出一种变倾斜度槽浮环气膜密封槽结构。选取发散型非定深槽、定深槽和收敛型非定深槽3种槽型作为研究对象,利用FLUENT软件对气膜模型进行流场动压力数值模拟,对比分析微尺度间隙中不同工况参数对浮环气膜密封性能的影响。结果表明:介质气体被泵吸入微槽内,在间隙最小处和螺旋槽根底部处产生了明显的局部高压区;3种槽型结构中,收敛型非定深槽的密封性能最好,其浮升力最大,对泄漏的控制表现更为突出;3种槽型结构的气膜浮升力和泄漏量都随转速、压力和偏心率的增加而增大。
In order to further improve the sealing performance of floating ring gas film seal,the floating ring seals with variable inclination groove were proposed.Three kinds of groove structures,the divergent groove with unfixed depth,the groove with fixed depth and the convergent groove with unfixed depth were selected as the research objects.FLUENT software was used to numerically simulate the dynamic pressure of the gas film model,and the influence of different working parameters on the sealing performance of the floating ring gas film in the micro-scale clearance was compared and analyzed.The results show that the introduction of medium gas into the micro-groove results in a pronounced localized high-pressure zone at the minimum clearance and at the base of the spiral groove.Among the three groove structures,the convergent groove with unfixed depth has the best sealing performance,the maximum opening force,and a more prominent leakage control.The opening force and leakage of the three types of groove structures increase with the increase of the rotational speed,pressure and eccentricity.
