摘要
依据某雷达探测前端使用需求和电讯指标要求,总体结构设计时通过集成化、一体化设计实现雷达机动部署与固定部署的相互转化。通过增大阵面口径可有效增加雷达的威力,提高低空、超低空飞行目标的探测能力;而为了满足各类运输通过性要求,大口径天线运输状态下必须进行折叠。为了解决折叠阵面误差与精度控制的技术难点,本文结合结构精度分配要求,通过理论分析与有限元仿真分析相结合的方式,开展了“折叠阵面误差分析及控制”的相关技术研究,提出折叠阵面误差分析及误差控制技术方法。结合样机测试结果可知,所提出的折叠误差分析及误差控制技术方法有一定的工程指导意义。
According to the usage requirements and telecommunication index requirements of a certain radar detection front end,the overall structure design realized the mutual transformation of radar mobile deployment and fixed deployment through integrated design.The performance of the radar was improved by increasing the array aperture,and hence detection capability of low altitude and ultra-low altitude aerial targets.In order to meet various transportation requirements,the antenna must be folded in traveling status.Considering the development requirements of a certain radar,the related technical research of"Error analysis and control technology of front-end folding array"was carried out,and the technical method of folded array error analysis and error control were proposed.The prototype trial production and array unfolding/folding test of the folded array have been completed.The results showed that the folding error analysis and error control technology proposed in the scheme has certain engineering guiding significance.
