摘要
产伤是女性发生大便失禁的最主要因素,部分患者接受单纯手术治疗的效果欠理想。对于此类患者,需要注重解剖学与功能学转归。笔者团队收治了1例病程长达35年的产伤性大便失禁患者,其接受了前侧肛门括约肌重叠修补+会阴成形术和术后盆底功能康复治疗并取得了较好的效果,术后1年随访时未见粪便不自主流出现象。本文报告该病例的临床诊疗过程,以期为类似患者的治疗提供参考。
Birth-induced injury represents the predominant cause of fecal incontinence among women,and in some patients,the outcomes of surgery alone may be suboptimal.For such cases,a focus on anatomical and functional outcomes is crucial.Our team encountered a patient with a 35-year history of fecal incontinence resulting from birth-induced injury.The patient underwent anterior anal sphincter overlapping repair combined with perineoplasty,followed by postoperative pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy,achieving favorable outcomes.No episodes of involuntary fecal discharge were noted at 1-year follow-up after surgery.This case report details the clinical diagnosis and treatment,aiming to provide insights into managing similar patients.
