微机服务平台结合CBL模式对胃肠外科学护生中医教学的效果

Teaching Effect of Computer Service Platform Combined with CBL Teaching Mode in the Teaching of Gastrointestinal Surgery for Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Student

摘要 目的研究微机服务平台结合案例式学习(CBL)模式用于胃肠外科学护生中医教学的效果。方法将滨州医学院烟台附属医院2019年1月—2022年1月收入的50名胃肠外科实习人员,根据教学方式差异分为两组,各25名,对照组实施常规教学方式,研究组采取微机服务平台+CBL教学模式,观察两种教学模式下学生的各项考核成绩、临床工作能力、满意度。结果两组带教前考核成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),带教后两组考核成绩均提升,且研究组各项成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组理解能力、沟通能力、应变能力、处理能力及团队协作能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);带教后研究组教学满意度各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对胃肠外科学护生进行中医教学期间,实施微机服务平台+CBL模式,能够使所有学生提升成绩,并改善临床工作能力,对带教有较高的满意度,值得应用。 Objective To study the application effect of computer service platform and CBL teaching mode in the teaching of gastroin⁃testinal surgery for traditional Chinese medicine nursing student.Methods According to the difference of teaching methods,50 interns of gastrointestinal surgery who were enrolled in Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University from January 2019 to January 2022 were divided into two groups,with 25 interns in each group.The control group implemented conventional teaching methods.The study group adopted the computer service platform and CBL teaching mode.The examination results,clinical work ability and satisfac⁃tion under the two teaching modes were observed.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before teaching(P>0.05).After teaching,the scores of the two groups were improved,and the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of understanding ability,communication ability,response ability,processing ability and teamwork ability of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of teaching satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the teaching of gastrointestinal surgery for traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the implementation of the computer service platform and CBL teaching mode can improve the performance of all students,improve the clinical work ability,and have a high degree of satis⁃faction with teaching,which is worthy of application.
