五阳煤矿松软煤层定向水射流卸压增透技术研究

摘要 为了解决松软煤层瓦斯赋存多、煤层透气性差的问题。采用数值模拟和现场试验相结合的方法,对穿层钻孔定向水射流卸压增透技术进行了研究。结合五阳煤矿实际条件和数值模拟结果,得出了较优的定向水射流造穴工艺参数为:顶板造穴,造穴厚度0.4 m,造穴半径0.8 m,钻孔间距5 m。穿层定向水射流装备现场试验结果表明:改进后的设备可以实现平行于煤层软分层造穴,与常规钻孔瓦斯抽采工业相比,顶板定向水射流造穴工艺的钻孔日瓦斯抽采浓度平均提高约30个百分点。煤层顶部定向水射流增透技术能有效提高煤层的整体卸压效果,提高钻孔瓦斯抽采效率。 In order to solve the problem of much gas occurrence in soft coal seam and poor permeability of coal seam.The pressure relief and permeability enhancement technology of directional water jet in cross-layer drilling was studied by means of numerical simulation and field tests.Combined with the actual conditions of Wuyang Coal Mine and the numerical simulation results.The optimum parameters of directional water jet cavitation process are as follows:roof cavitation with cavitation thickness of 0.4 m,cavitation radius of 0.8 m,and borehole spacing of 5 m.The field test results of the cross-layer directional water jet equipment show that the improved equipment can realize the soft stratification cavitation of the coal seam.Compared with the conventional drilling gas extraction process,the daily gas extraction concentration of the roof directional water jet cavitation process is increased by about 30 percentages on average.The directional water jet permeability enhancement technology at the top of the coal seam can effectively improve the overall pressure relief effect of the coal seam and improve the efficiency of borehole gas extraction.
