摘要
构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统,加速能源生产侧清洁替代和能源消费侧电能替代是我国能源体系转型以及实现“双碳”目标的关键举措。立足于电力与能源系统的发展进程,分析了新型电力系统建设的主要特征和技术路径。通过梳理从智能电网到新型电力系统的历史发展脉络,总结出以融合、互动、开放、消纳等为关键词的新型电力系统发展的主要特点。围绕能源-信息-社会融合、源-网-荷-储协同互动、能源市场开放共享、新能源高比例安全消纳等能源发展形势,重点阐述了我国电力与能源系统向安全高效、清洁低碳的能源体系转型的主要技术方向和实现路径,以期为我国新型电力系统建设的高标准落地提供参考。
Building the new power system with new energies as the main body,accelerating the clean substitution of energy production side and the replacement of energy consumption side are the key measures for the transformation of China′s energy system and realizing the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.Based on the development process of power and energy system,the main characteristics and technical path of the construction of new power system are analyzed.By sorting out the historical development from smart grid to new power system,the main characteristics of the development of new power system with the keywords of integration,interaction,openness and consumption are summarized.Then,focused on the development situation of energy-information-society integration,generation-grid-load-storage synergistic interaction,open sharing of energy market and high proportion of safe consumption of new energy systems,this paper aims at the main technical direction and realization path of the transformation of China′s power and energy system to a safe,efficient,clean and low-carbon energy system,in order to provide reference for the high standard of China′s new power system construction.
