摘要
本文从解决水利工程划界工作中存在的水利系统内部数据融合性不强、水利系统与其他外部系统间业务融合度不高、水利系统辅助决策能力偏弱等问题出发,提出一种以水利“一张图”为基础、以空间地理信息等关键技术为支撑的水利工程划界方法,通过厘清设备设施权属、管理范围、保护范围和工程范围等内容,实现对水利工程划界工作的关键信息归集、异构系统互联互通、区域范围对比等功能,验证了方法的有效性,为解决同类问题提供了一种新思路。
This paper started by solving the problems of weak data integration within the water conservancy system,low business integration between the water conservancy system and other external systems,and weak auxiliary decision-making ability in the delimitation work of water conservancy projects.Based on the"one map"and key technologies such as spatial geographic information(GIS),a water conservancy project delimitation method was proposed.By clarifying the ownership of equipment and facilities,management scope,protection scope,and engineering scope,key information collection,interconnection of heterogeneous systems,and regional range comparison of water conservancy project delimitation work were achieved.The effectiveness of the method was verified,providing a new idea to solve similar problems.
