稻壳灰基沸石吸附废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的教学实验探究

摘要 基于科研课题,设计了以稻壳灰基沸石吸附废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的教学实验,结合X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和氮气吸附-脱附测试等现代测试方法对稻壳灰基沸石的物相组成、微观形貌及孔结构特性进行表征,并测定稻壳灰基沸石对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能。该实验的开展不仅为重金属废水所带来的环境问题提供了有效解决途径,还深化了学生关于矿物表面结构与性能关系的理解,强化了学生在环境保护和资源优化方面对矿物应用的认知,从而提升了解决实际工程问题的分析和综合实践能力,并掌握了系统化的科学研究方法。 Based on a scientific research topic,a teaching experiment was designed to investigate the adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ)from wastewater using rice husk ash based zeolite.The experiment involved characterization of the phase composition,microscopic morphology,and pore structural properties of rice husk ash based zeolite using modern analytical techniques such as X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,and nitrogen adsorption-desorption testing.Furthermore,the adsorption performance of rice husk ash based zeolite towards Cr(Ⅵ)was evaluated.The implementation of this experiment not only provides an effective solution to environmental issues caused by heavy metal wastewater,but also deepens students’understanding of the relationship between mineral surface structure and performance.It strengthens their awareness of mineral applications in environmental protection and resource optimization,thereby enhancing their analytical and comprehensive practical abilities to solve real-world engineering problems and mastering a systematic approach to scientific research.
