摘要
北京城市图书馆信息化工程是响应智能时代发展和国家智慧社会建设战略的重要举措。文章通过对北京城市图书馆信息化工程的建设背景与服务诉求的分析,介绍了北京城市图书馆的建设目标与发展愿景,总结了北京城市图书馆创新导向的全领域智慧服务建设与运营模式以及读者服务的全流程供给与触达模式。北京城市图书馆信息化工程的建设案例为公共图书馆的智慧化转型与创新建设提供了参考与借鉴,也为我国公共图书馆事业的持续发展提供了新的动力和方向。
The informationization project of Beijing Library is an important initiative to respond to the development of the intelligent era and the national strategy of building a smart society.By analyzing the construction background and service demands of Beijing Library’s informationization project,the paper introduces Beijing Library’s construction goals and development vision,and summarizes Beijing Library’s innovation-oriented all-domain intelligent service construction and operation mode as well as the whole-process supply and reach mode of reader service.The construction case of Beijing Library’s informationization project provides reference for the intelligent transformation and innovative construction of public libraries,as well as a new impetus and direction for the sustainable development of China’s public library industry.
