摘要
在水下金属探测领域,由于环境噪声的影响使得磁传感器对微弱磁信号的接收较为困难,为了进一步提高磁传感器对微弱磁信号的接收能力,利用电磁相互耦合的特性,通过将面积、匝数与电感满足一定条件的2个线圈串联作为磁传感器的前置磁场增益模块。首先,通过将外界磁场、探测线圈与增强线圈建立等效的电路模型,分析整个系统的场强增益,给出最终增益表达式;然后利用COMSOL软件对系统增益模型进行仿真验证;最后,通过实际绕制探测线圈与增强线圈进行实验验证。结果表明:文中提出的电磁耦合增强磁场方法可有效放大接收磁场的磁场强度,提升磁传感器对微弱磁信号的接收能力。
In the field of underwater metal detection,the influence of environmental noise makes it difficult for magnetic sensors to receive weak magnetic signals.To further improve the ability of magnetic sensor to receive weak magnetic signals,based on the characteristics of electromagnetic coupling,two coils whose area,number of turns and inductance meet certain conditions were connected in series as the pre-magnetic field gain module of magnetic sensor.Firstly,an equivalent circuit model was established for the external magnetic field,the reception coil,and the enhancement coil to analyze the overall systems field strength gain and derive the final gain expression.Then,the system gain model was simulated and verified using COMSOL software.Finally,the detection coil and reinforcement coil were wound to verify the experiment.Results demonstrate that the proposed electromagnetic coupling enhancement method effectively amplifies the magnetic field intensity of the received signal,thus improving the ability of magnetic sensor to receive weak magnetic signals.
