摘要
目的探讨美军国际灾害救援能力对我国救援管理的启示。方法深入分析二战以来美军参加的28次国际救援,分析其特点及经验。结果通过美军国际救援能力的深入分析,梳理出中国救援管理需要在快速反应能力、高效协调能力、信息共享平台等方面学习美军的经验。结论美军国际灾害救援能力的经验对中国救援管理具有较好的启示意义。
Objective To explore the enlightenment of the U.S.military's international disaster rescue capability to China's rescue management.Methods The 30 international rescues participated by the U.S.military since World War II were analyzed,and their characteristics and experiences were analyzed.Results Through the in-depth analysis of the U.S.military's international rescue capabilities,it is concluded that China's rescue management needs to learn from the U.S.military's methods in terms of rapid response capabilities,efficient coordination capabilities,and information sharing platforms.Conclusion The experience of the U.S.military's international disaster rescue capability has good implications for China's rescue management.
