摘要
为了研究股骨颈骨折术后股骨头坏死应用髓芯减压联合负压吸引术治疗的临床效果,通过分析2015年10月至2020年10月于邯郸市中心医院骨五科住院的股骨颈骨折术后股骨头坏死的患者60例,分为髓芯减压术组(对照组,A组)30例,髓芯减压联合负压吸引术组(观察组,B组)30例,分析两组患者在手术前、手术后6个月内股骨头MRI低密度体积的变化,并对手术前、手术后3个月、6个月以及最后随访时的髋关节Harris评分进行评估和比较。结果表明:B组患者术后6个月,股骨头MRI低密度体积明显减少,与A组相比存在显著统计学差异。术后3个月、6个月和末次随访时,B组患者的髋关节Harris评分明显优于A组患者,差异在统计学上具有显著意义。可见髓芯减压联合负压吸引术可以促进股骨颈骨折术后股骨头坏死的愈合,并改善患者的髋关节功能。
To explore the therapeutic efficacy of the combination of medullary core decompression and vaccum sealing drainage in the management of osteonecrosis of the femoral head secondary to femoral neck fracture,through analyzed a total of 60 patients with postoperative osteonecrosis of femoral neck fracture who were hospitalized in the Department of Orthopedics at Handan Central Hospital from October 2015 to October 2020.The patients were divided into two groups:the core decompression group(control group,group A)and the core decompression combined with vacuum sealing drainage group(observation group,group B).The low-density volume changes of the femoral head on magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and the hip Harris scores were observed before and after surgery,as well as at 3 months,6 months,and the last follow-up in both groups.Results show that the low-density volume of the femoral head on MRI in group B demonstrates a statistically significant decrease compared to group A at 6 months post-surgery.In addition,patients in group B exhibits significantly improved hip Harris scores at 3 months,6 months,and the last follow-up after surgery,in comparison to those in group A.It is demonstrated that core decompression combined with vacuum sealing drainage is reported to exhibit potential in promoting the healing process of femoral head necrosis subsequent to surgery for femoral neck fractures,ultimately leading to improvements in hip joint function.
