摘要
目的探究整体临床思维能力培养在风湿免疫科教学中的运用效果。方法选取2023年1—12月东台市人民医院风湿免疫科实习的40名医学生研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组20名。对照组给予传统教学模式,研究组给予基于整体临床思维能力培养的教学模式,对比两组的考核成绩、整体临床思维能力、教学满意度。结果研究组理论知识、操作技能评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组整体临床思维能力评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组教学满意度为100.00%(20/20),明显高于对照组的70.00%(14/20),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.902,P<0.05)。结论在风湿免疫科教学中应用基于整体临床思维能力培养的教学模式后,可有效培养医学生的整体临床思维能力,提高医学生的教学满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of training overall clinical thinking ability in rheumatology and immunology teaching.Methods A total of 40 medical students practicing in the Rheumatology and Immunology Department of Dongtai People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 20 in each group.The control group was given the traditional teaching mode,and the research group was given the teaching mode based on the cultivation of overall clinical thinking ability.The assessment results,overall clinical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The overall clinical thinking ability score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%(20/20)was significantly higher than that of the control group 70.00%(14/20),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.902,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the teaching mode based on the cultivation of overall clinical thinking ability in the teaching of rheumatology and immunology can effectively cultivate the overall clinical thinking ability of medical students and improve their teaching satisfaction.
