摘要
探讨华佗五禽戏训练在卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者中的应用效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将2021年3月—2023年3月收治的82例PSD患者分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组采用常规康复干预,观察组在对照组基础上采取华佗五禽戏集中训练营干预,两组均持续护理8周。比较两组患者抑郁状态、日常生活能力、睡眠质量以及运动功能。结果:干预前,两组汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、Barthel指数(BI)和简化运动功能评价量表(FMA)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组HAMD评分和PSQI评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组BI和FMA评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:华佗五禽戏训练营可改善PSD患者抑郁情绪,促进其日常生活能力提升,改善患者睡眠障碍情况,利于肢体运动功能的恢复。
Objective:To explore the application effect of Huatuo Wuqinxi training camp in patients with post stroke depression(PSD).Methods:All 82 PSD patients admitted to hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were divided into groups using a random number table method.41 patients in the control group were given routine rehabilitation intervention,while 41 patients in the observation group received Huatuo Wuqinxi concentrated training camp intervention on the basis of the control group,lasting for 8 weeks.The depressive state,activities of daily living(ADL),sleep quality and motor function were compared between the two groups.Results:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of hamilton depression scale(HAMD),pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),Barthel index(BI)and simplified motor assessment scale(FMA)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of HAMD and PSQI in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Bi and FMA in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huatuo Wuqinxi training camp can improve the depression of PSD patients,promote their ability of daily living,improve their sleep disorder,and facilitate the recovery of limb motor function.
