摘要
将核壳结构CuO@γ-Al_(2)O_(3)复合粒子催化剂加入到低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃材料中,制备了低烟气、毒性低、无卤阻燃聚烯烃复合材料,考查了复合粒子催化剂对复合材料的燃烧烟气毒性、阻燃性能、机械物理性能、耐臭氧性能、热老化性能、耐油性能和耐酸碱性能等的影响。结果显示,核壳结构催化剂的加入可降低复合材料的烟气毒性,并使复合材料的机械物理性能、热老化性能和耐油性能下降,而对材料的阻燃性能和耐酸碱性能影响不大。
This article discusses the core-shell structure of CuO@γ-Al_(2)O_(3) composite particle catalyst was added to low smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin materials to prepare low smoke toxicity low smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin composite materials.The effects of the composite particle catalyst on the combustion smoke toxicity,flame retardant performance,mechanical and physical properties,ozone resistance,thermal aging performance,oil resistance,and acid-base resistance of the composite materials were investigated.The results show that the addition of core-shell structure catalysts can reduce the smoke toxicity of composite materials,and reduce the mechanical and physical properties,
