高黎贡山长蕊木兰林分土壤及不同器官养分特征研究

Soil and Different Organs Nutrient Characteristics of Alcimandra cathcartii in Gaoligong Mountains

摘要 为研究高黎贡山长蕊木兰林分土壤及不同器官养分特征,通过设置样地,采用常规的养分测定方法对林地土壤和长蕊木兰叶、枝、茎(下同)、根等不同器官的养分含量进行测定,分析养分特征及相关性。结果显示:(1)长蕊木兰林分土壤pH值为4.8~8.0,部分样地为酸性土壤,多为中性。(2)长蕊木兰林地土壤有机质含量为16.1~40.4 g·kg^(-1),全N、全P、全K含量分别为0.080%~0.216%、0.163%~0.752%、0.550%~3.830%,水解N、速效P、速效K含量分别为54.4~269.6、13.4~103.7、61.1~291.1 mg·kg^(-1),长蕊木兰林地有机质含量和全N在土层0~20 cm大于土层20~40 cm,土壤有机质和全N含量随着土层深度增加而减少。(3)长蕊木兰叶中全N、全P、全K含量分别为15.40~41.70、1.13~4.77、6.87~33.65 g·kg^(-1),枝中全N、全P、全K含量分别为16.40~39.50、1.64~5.95、6.27~33.37 g·kg^(-1),干中全N、全P、全K含量分别为11.50~38.40、1.65~5.64、6.43~33.88 g·kg^(-1),根中全N、全P、全K含量分别为11.10~41.40、0.77~5.56、4.07~38.20 g·kg^(-1)。(4)长蕊木兰叶和根中的全N、全P、全K相关性均不显著;枝中的全P和全N含量相关性达到极显著水平(P<0.01);干中的全K和全N、根中的全K和全P含量相关性达到显著水平(P<0.05)。(5)全N在叶与枝间达到显著正相关(P<0.05),在叶与干、根间,枝和干、根间,以及干与根间达到极显著正相关(P<0.01);全P仅在干和根间达到显著正相关(P<0.05);全K在叶与枝、干、根间,枝和干、根间,干和根间均达到极显著正相关(P<0.01)。结果表明:全N、全K在长蕊木兰叶、枝、干、根中变化是一致的,某一器官全N、全K的变化,会引起其他器官的相应变化。 In order to research soil and different organs nutrient characteristics of Alcimandra cathcartii in Gaoligong Mountains,we acquired for the first time the soil and plant nutrient characteristics from A.cathcartii in order to provide the basis and support for artificial cultivation of magnolia seedlings,which is conducive to the expansion of the population and the number of A.cathcartii.By determining the physical and chemical traits and nutrient status of different organs from A.cathcartii including leaves,branches,rods and roots,the results showed that:(1)The soil pH value of A.cathcartii forest was 4.8~8.0,part of the plots were acidic soil,most were neutral.(2)The soil organic matter content in the standing forest was 16.1~40.4 g·kg^(-1).The content of total N,P and K was 0.080%-0.216%,0.163%-0.752%,0.550%-3.830%,respectively.The content of hydrolysis N,P and K was 54.4-269.6,13.4-103.7,61.1-291.1 mg·kg^(-1),respectively.The content of organic matter and total N in the soil layer 0~20 cm was greater than that in the soil layer 20-40 cm.Soil organic matter and total N content decreased with increasing soil layer depth.(3)Total N,P and K content in magnolia leaves was 15.40-41.70,1.13-4.77,6.87-33.65 g·kg^(-1),respectively.Total N,P and K content in the branches was 16.40-39.50,1.64-5.95,6.27-33.37 g·kg^(-1),respectively.Total N,P and K content in the rods was 11.50-38.40,1.65-5.64,6.43-33.88 g·kg^(-1),respectively.Total N,P and K content in the roots was 11.10-41.40,0.77-5.56,4.07-38.20 g·kg^(-1)respectively.(4)The correlation of total N,P and K content in magnolia leaves and roots was not significant.The correlation between total P and N content in magnolia branches reached an extremely significant level(P<0.01),suggesting that the content of total P and N in the branches change together or promote each other.The correlation between total K,N content in magnolia rods and that of total K,P content in the roots reached a significant level(P<0.05).(5)It achieved a significant positive correlation in total N content between leaves and branches(P<0.05),an extremely significant level in leaves and rods,branches and rods,as well as the roots(P<0.01).It achieved a very significant positive level in total P content between rods and roots(P<0.05).The total K content reached a very significant positive level in leaves,branches,rods and roots(P<0.01).The changes of total N and K content in magnolia leaves,branches,rods and roots were consistent.The corresponding changes of total N and K content in other organs have been closely linked with the changes in one organ.
