摘要
介绍了一种首层自动调平的3D打印机。通过研究该技术的研究背景和重要性,确定研究的目的和意义,以解决当前3D打印技术中首层精度不高和调平困难的问题。采用了一种创新的方法,通过自动调平系统对打印床进行实时调整,从而实现首层的自动调平。实验结果表明,该打印机在提高首层精度的同时,大大减少了调平的时间和难度。该技术的应用对于提高3D打印的质量和效率具有重要意义。
A 3D printer with automatic levelling of the first layer is introduced.By studying the research background and importance of this technology,the purpose and significance of the research are determined in order to solve the problems of the current 3D printing technology,such as the low precision of the first layer and the difficulty of levelling.In this study,an innovative method is adopted to achieve automatic levelling of the first layer by real-time adjustment of the print bed through an automatic levelling system.The experimental results show that the printer greatly reduces the time and difficulty of levelling while improving the accuracy of the first layer.The application of this technology is of great significance for improving the quality and efficiency of 3D printing.
