摘要
目的:分析父母实施袋鼠式护理在足月新生儿采血中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年5月佛山市高明区人民医院新生儿科收治的足月新生儿120例作为研究对象,分成父亲组、母亲组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,父亲组以父亲实施袋鼠式护理,母亲组以母亲实施袋鼠式护理。比较三组采血疼痛情况和采血心率。结果:采血时、采血后1 min和采血后2 min,父亲组和母亲组新生儿疼痛评估量表(NIPS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);采血时、采血后1 min和采血后2 min,父亲组和母亲组NIPS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采血前,三组采血心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);采血中、采血后,父亲组和母亲组采血心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);采血中、采血后,父亲组和母亲组采血心率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:父母实施袋鼠式护理在足月新生儿采血中的应用效果较好,能够减轻新生儿足跟采血疼痛感,减少其应激反应。父亲实施袋鼠式护理可以帮助减轻产妇负担,提高父婴情感互动,满足产妇家庭对高质量护理的需求。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of kangaroo mother care implemented by parents in blood collection for full-term newborns.Methods:A total of 120 full-term newborns admitted to the Department of Neonatology at Foshan Gaoming District People's Hospital from March 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a father group,a mother group,and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,the father group received kangaroo mother care implemented by the father,and the mother group received kangaroo mother care implemented by the mother.The blood collection pain and blood collection heart rate were compared among the three groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the scores of Neonatal Infant Pain Scale(NIPS) between the father group and the mother group during blood collection,at 1 min after blood collection and at 2 min after blood collection(P>0.05).The NIPS scores in father group and mother group were lower than those in control group during blood collection,at 1 min after blood collection and at 2 min after blood collection,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before blood collection,there was no significant difference in blood collection heart rate among the three groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in blood collection heart rate between the father group and the mother group during and after blood collection(P>0.05).During and after blood collection,the blood collection heart rate in father group and mother group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of kangaroo mother care implemented by parents in blood collection for full-term newborns has good effects,and can relieve the heel blood collection pain and reduce stress response of neonates.Kangaroo mother care implemented by fathers can help reduce parturient burden,improve father-infant emotional interaction,and meet the needs of parturient families for high-quality care.
