摘要
目的:观察微创保髋术配合骨蚀痛消方治疗股骨头坏死肾虚血瘀型的疗效。方法:80例随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,两组均用微创保髋术,观察组加用骨蚀痛消方。结果:治疗后观察组Harris积分较治疗前升高(P<0.05),VAS积分较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。观察组BGP、BMP-2和BMD水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05),ALP较治疗前下降(P<0.05)。观察组血液流变学指标均较前改善(P<0.05),且改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05)。结论:股骨头坏死肾虚血瘀型术后用骨蚀痛消方能够改善髋关节功能,改善股骨头坏死相关血清因子,减轻局部疼痛,改善血液循环,增强骨密度,提高治疗效果。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of minimally invasive hip-preserving surgery combined with Gushi Tongxiao Decoction in the treatment of femoral head necrosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with minimally invasive hip-preserving surgery,and the observation group were treated with Gushi Tongxiao Decoction in addition.Results:After treatment,the Harris score of the observation group was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the VAS score was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of BGP,BMP-2 and BMD in the observation group were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and ALP was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The hemorheological indexes of the observation group were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement degree was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gushi Tongxiao Decoction could improve hip joint function,improve serum factors related to femoral head necrosis,reduce local pain,improve blood circulation,enhance bone mineral density and improve therapeutic effect after operation of femoral head necrosis with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.
