摘要
酮苯脱蜡装置冷冻系统采用氨作为制冷剂,有着价格低、效果好、易获得的优点,但是氨是一种有刺激性恶臭的气体。在氨压机检修等过程中如果处置不当极易产生区域异味甚至导致人身伤害。本文介绍了氨系统尾气在日常生产中的处理方法及氨水在不同行业中的处置方式,总结出优化操作的措施。通过氨水吸收罐扩容改造及流程优化,氨系统尾气处理取得了良好的效果。
Ammonia is used as refrigerant in the refrigeration system of ketone-benzol dewaxing unit,the utility model has the advantages of low price,good effect and easy access.But ammonia is a pungent,odorous gas.If improperly handled in the process of maintenance of ammonia compressor,it is easy to produce regional peculiar smell and even cause personal injury.This article introduces the application of ammonia absorption tanks in daily production and summarizes measures to optimize operations.Through capacity expansion and process optimization of ammonia water absorption tank,good results have been achieved in tail gas treatment of ammonia system.
