摘要
[目的/意义]介绍一种为数据驱动型500强企业A提供商业决策支撑的数据服务实践。[方法/过程]从案例背景及合作契机谈起,着重介绍上海图书馆在该实践案例中智慧数据的生产及分析方法,以及该方法在数据架构设计、数据质量把控、数据可视化和数据洞见等方面的具体表现,并使用SWOT对项目案例进行了全面总结,探讨了图书馆在数据驱动时代的情报服务新范式,找寻未来利用大语言模型结合智慧数据升级服务的应用场景。[结果/结论]整个服务案例实践得到市场用户的高度认可,智慧数据生产方法的创新性表现从无序的大数据转变成高质量小数据,助推数据服务的体系架构的完善,为未来智能化数据分析提供了有力的参考。
[Purpose/significance]This paper introduces a data service practice that provides business decision support for data-driven Fortune 500 enterprise A.[Method/process]Starting from the case background and cooperation opportunities,this paper focuses on the production and analysis method of smart data in this practice case of Shanghai Library,as well as the specific performance of this method in data architecture design,data quality control,data visualization and data insight and uses SWOT to make a comprehensive summary of the project case.This paper discusses the new paradigm of library information service in the data-driven era,and finds out the application scenarios of upgrading service with large language model and intelligent data in the future.[Result/conclusion]The entire service case practice has been highly recognized by market users,and the innovative performance of intelligent data production methods has changed from disorderly big data to high-quality small data,which has boosted the improvement of the architecture of data services and provided a powerful reference for future intelligent data analysis.
