摘要
高校地方研究院作为高校与地方的合作桥梁、区域协同创新的重要载体,在输出高校科技成果,实现科技成果产业化,以及促进地方科技进步、地方企业技术创新方面起到了积极作用,并成为扩大高校声誉和影响力的重要途径。从历史来看,高校地方研究院经历了探索起步、初期发展、快速发展、深化发展等四个阶段。通过对C9高校建设的地方研究院进行统计分析,呈现当前我国主要高校地方研究院发展的基本图景。最后,全面分析高校地方研究院高质量发展面临的主要问题,并提出相应的对策建议。
As a bridge of cooperation between universities and local areas and an important carrier of regional collaborative innovation,university-local government joint institutes have played a positive role in outputting scientific and technological achievements of universities,realizing the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements,promoting local scientific and technological progress,and promoting local enterprise technological innovation.They have also become an important way to expand the reputation and influence of universities.From a historical perspective,university-local government joint institutes have gone through four stages:initial exploration,initial development,rapid development,and deepening development.By conducting statistical analysis on the joint institutes of C9 League,the basic development picture of joint institutes in major universities in China is presented.Finally,a comprehensive analysis of the main problems faced by the high-quality development of university-local government joint institutes is conducted,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
