摘要 教育家精神源自广大师者优良品格的集成,同时又根植于教育强国建设内涵式发展的新征程中,直接关系到中国式教育现代化的探索进程和民族复兴特殊历史使命的宏伟目标实现。廓清教育家精神助力教育强国建设的政策基础、情感价值及实践路径,既是回应新时代的师道导向,又从学理层面循证了教育家精神的价值旨归。厘清其政策基础,以规章制度形塑出教育家精神架构,梳理教育家精神的情感价值,使其根植于人民、依靠人民并造福于人民,确证教育家精神的实践路径,以“六教”之法弘扬和践履教育家精神,助力教育强国建设行稳致远。 The educator's spirit is derived from the integration of the excellent character of teachers and masters,and is rooted in the new journey of the connotative development of the construction of the education power,which is directly related to the exploration process of the modernization of the Chinese education and the realization of the grand goal of the special historical mission of national rejuvenation.To clarify the policy basis,emotional value and practical path of educator spirit to help the construction of a strong educa-tion power is not only a response to the teacher orientation of the new era,but also a demonstration of the value purpose of educator spirit from the theoretical level.The policy basis should be clarified,the educator spirit structure should be shaped by rules and regula-tions,the emotional value of the educator spirit should be sorted out,so that it can be rooted in the people,relies on the people and benefits the people,the practical path of the educator spirit should be confirmed,and the educator's spirit should be carried forward and practiced by the method of"six teachings",so as to help the construction of a strong education country go steadily and far.
