摘要
目的 探讨真菌抗原检测(G试验和GM试验)在侵袭性真菌感染中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析玉溪市人民医院2023年1月-2023年8月2020例同时进行G、GM试验及相关感染部位真菌培养的患者检测结果,根据G、GM试验检测结果将试验分为3组,采用χ^(2)检验对3组数据进行比较,分析单一检测与联合检测对提高真菌检测效能的影响。结果 在2020例患者中,310例真菌培养阳性,包括酵母菌290例和其他真菌20例。G试验阳性151例,其中63例同时GM试验阳性。分析显示,G试验与GM试验同时阳性时真菌检出率高于G试验阳性GM阴性,且均高于G试验阴性。G试验阳性组的真菌检出率明显高于G试验阴性组。结论 真菌抗原联合检测能提高真菌的检出率,对侵袭性真菌感染的诊断具有较高的临床应用价值,可作为侵袭性真菌感染的辅助诊断指标。
Objective To explore the application value of fungal antigen detection(G test and GM test)in invasive fungal infection.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the test results of 2020 patients who underwent both G and GM tests,as well as fungal culture of related infection sites from Yuxi People's Hospital from January 2023 to August 2023.Based on the results of the G and GM tests,the patients were divided into three groups,and a chi square test was used to compare the data of the three groups.The impact of single detection and combined detection on improving fungal detection efficiency was analyzed.Results Among the 2020 patients,310 tested positive for fungal culture,including 290 cases of yeast and 20 cases of other fungi.151 cases were positive in the G test,of which 63 cases were also positive in the GM test.The analysis showed that when both G test and GM test were positive,the fungal detection rate was higher than when G test was positive and GM test was negative,and both were higher than when G test was negative.The fungal detection rate of G test positive group was significantly higher than that in the G test negative group.Conclusions The combined detection of fungal antigens can improve the detection rate of fungi,and has high clinical application value in the diagnosis of invasive fungal infections.It can be used as an auxiliary diagnostic indicator for invasive fungal infections.
