摘要
目的探讨全膝关节置换术(TKA)治疗膝关节重度内翻畸形的疗效。方法采用TKA治疗21例膝关节重度内翻畸形患者。比较手术前后膝关节功能AKS评分、髋-膝-踝角(HKA)和膝关节屈曲活动度。结果患者均获得随访,时间2~7年。术后疼痛均明显减轻或完全消除,X线检查显示膝关节内翻畸形有效矫正。末次随访时,HKA、膝关节屈曲活动度及AKS评分均大(高)于术前(P<0.05)。结论TKA治疗膝关节重度内翻畸形下肢力线矫正满意,关节活动恢复良好,功能满意。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of total knee arthroplasty(TKA)in patients with severe varus deformity of knee.Methods Twenty-one patients with severe varus deformity of knees were treated with TKA.AKS score of knee joint function,hip-knee-ankle angle(HKA),and knee flexion range of motion(ROM)were compared before and after arthroplasty.Results All cases were followed up for 2~7 years.The postoperative pain was significantly reduced or completely eliminated,and X-ray examination showed that the knee varus deformity was effectively corrected.At the last follow-up,the HKA,knee flexion ROM,and AKS scores were all greater(higher)than before surgery(P<0.05).Conclusions TKA for severe varus deformity of knee is satisfactory with lower limb alignment correction,joint activity recovery is good,and function is satisfactory.
