摘要
通过采用废旧机床床身低牌号铁素体基灰铸铁料块,经过严格的分拣和成分检测,加以废钢、回炉料及球化剂、孕育剂等各类添加剂,选择合理的加料顺序和优化的中频炉熔炼工艺,获得了铁素体基球墨铸铁。其抗拉强度平均为458.6 MPa、屈服强度336.5 MPa、布氏硬度为162.4 HBW、延伸率达到14.1%,室温下冲击韧性为11.2 J,总体指标优于QT450-10规定的力学性能。基体组织为多边形铁素体,没有观察到珠光体。利用废机铁为原料生产的球墨铸铁管件达到了用户使用要求。
By using low-grade ferrite-based gray iron scrap from machine scrap tool beds,through strict sorting and composition testing,combined with scrap steel,return scrap,nodulizer,inoculant and other additives,reasonable charging sequence and optimized medium frequency furnace melting process were selected to obtain ferrite-based ductile iron.Its average tensile strength is 458.6 MPa,yield strength is 336.5 MPa,Brinell hardness is 162.4 HBW,elongation reaches 14.1%,and impact toughness at room temperature is 11.2 J.The overall index is superior to the mechanical properties of QT450-10 as a national standard.The matrix structure is polygonal ferrite,and no pearlite is observed.The ductile iron pipe fittings produced by melting machine scrap iron as raw materials meet the user's requirements.
