摘要
目的探讨全程健康教育在口腔癌术后留置人工气道患者护理管理中的作用。方法将我院2022年7月至2023年7月收治的94例口腔癌术后留置人工气道患者纳入研究,通过随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组47例。对照组应用常规护理指导,试验组应用全程健康教育干预,对比两组护理效果。结果试验组在采用全程健康教育干预后,其自护能力评分、不良事件发生率、人工气道相关指标、出院指导质量、生活质量评分、护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在口腔癌术后留置人工气道患者护理过程中,全程健康教育干预可以获得较好的效果,可有效提升其自护能力,降低不良事件发生风险,从而促进其尽快拔管,减少人工气道维护费用,提高患者生活质量及满意度。
Objective To explore the role of comprehensive health education in the nursing management of patients with artificial airway retention after oral cancer surgery.Methods A total of 94 patients who had surgery for oral cancer and received an artificial airway were enrolled in this study conducted at our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023.The participants were randomly divided into two groups,with each group consisting of 47 cases.The control group was provided with standard nursing guidance,while the experimental group underwent a comprehensive health education intervention throughout their treatment period.A comparative analysis was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care delivered between these two groups.Results After the whole-course health education intervention,the scores of self-care ability,incidence of adverse events,indexes related to artificial airway,quality of discharge guidance,Rephrased:The experimental group exhibited higher levels of nursing satisfaction and enhanced quality of life scores when compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the nursing process of patients with artificial airway retention after oral cancer surgery,comprehensive health education intervention can achieve good results,effectively improve their self-care ability,reduce the risk of adverse events,promote their rapid extubation,reduce the cost of artificial airway maintenance,and improve patients'quality of life and satisfaction.
