摘要
为了解斯里兰卡来源瓦拉(Aquilaria walla)沉香中的化学成分,采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱及半制备高效液相色谱法从其乙醇提取物中分离得到2个2-(2-苯乙基)色酮类化合物,通过质谱、核磁共振等现代波谱学方法分别鉴定为(5R,6S,7S)-5,6,7-三羟基-2-(2-苯乙基)-5,6,7,8-四氢色酮(1)和(5R,6S,7S)-5,6,7-三羟基-2-[2-(4-甲氧基)苯乙基]-5,6,7,8-四氢色酮(2),均为新化合物。化合物1和2对脂多糖诱导小鼠单核巨噬细胞RAW264.7产生NO无抑制作用,MTT法表明对5株人肿瘤细胞不具有体外生长抑制作用,200μg/m L的化合物2对酪氨酸酶具有弱抑制作用,抑制率为(21.67±1.67)%。
To investigate the chemical constituents from agarwood of Aquilaria walla from Sri Lanka,two new 2-(2-phenylethyl)chromone compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract by silica gel column chroma-tography,Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and semi preparative high performance liquid chromate-graphy(HPLC).Based on spectral data,their structures were identified as(5R,6S,7S)-5,6,7-trihydroxy-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-2-(2-phenylethyl)chromone(1)and(5R,6S,7S)-5,6,7-trihydroxy-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-2-[2-(4-methoxy-phenyl)ethyl]chromone(2).Compounds 1 and 2 did not show inhibitory on the NO production induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS)in mouse mononuclear macrophages RAW264.7,and cytotoxic activity against five common human cancer cell lines by MTT method.There was weak inhibitory effect of compound 2 on tyrosinase,with an inhibitory rate of(21.67±1.67)%at a concentration of 200μg/mL.
