浅谈某教学楼砌体结构抗震鉴定与加固关键技术 被引量:1

摘要 我国频繁发生地震灾害,为降低教学楼坍塌风险,提出教学楼抗震鉴定与加固方法,通过材料检测、变形检测等方式,结合钢筋网砂浆面层与钢筋混凝土板墙等加固技术全面解决教学楼建筑坍塌问题,实现良好的抗震加固效果。工程实践结果表明,通过抗震加固和鉴定,不仅能检验当前教学楼建筑的抗震薄弱位置,还能提高建筑的抗震性能,保障建筑的使用安全。 In order to reduce the risk of collapse of the teaching building due to frequent earthquake disasters in our country,the method of seismic identification and reinforcement of the teaching building is put forward.By means of material detection,deformation detection and other methods,the problem of the collapse of the teaching building is comprehensively solved by combining reinforcement techniques such as steel mesh and mortar surface layer and reinforced concrete slab wall,and good seismic reinforcement effect is achieved.The results of engineering practice show that the seismic strengthening and appraisal can not only test the weak seismic position of the current teaching building,but also improve the seismic performance of the building and ensure the safety of the building.
