摘要
产教融合是指产业与教学密切结合,形成校企一体的办学模式,能够帮助大学生快速适应校企身份的转变,对我国社会人才培养工作具有重要促进作用。高校就业指导工作能够帮助大学生了解行业企业的人才需求,为大学生提供个性化、精准化、便捷化的就业指导服务,促进大学生更好地就业。而基于产教融合的高校就业指导工作可以通过校企合作及指导方法优化为大学生就业提供明确的指导路径。文章阐述基于产教融合的高校就业指导工作的价值,分析产教融合背景下高校就业指导工作中校企合作、教师能力、指导内容、评价机制等方面的问题,并提出相应的解决思路,旨在提升基于产教融合的高校就业指导工作的质量和效果。
The integration of industry and education refers to the close combination of industry and teaching,forming a school enterprise integrated education model.It can help college students quickly adapt to the transformation of their school enterprise identity and has an important promoting effect on talent cultivation in China's society.College employment guidance can help college students understand the talent needs of industries and enterprises,provide personalized,precise,and convenient employment guidance services,and promote better employment for college students.Based on the integration of industry and education,employment guidance in universities can provide clear guidance paths for college students through school enterprise cooperation and optimization of guidance methods.The article elaborates on the value of employment guidance in universities based on the integration of industry and education,analyzes the problems in school enterprise cooperation,teacher abilities,guidance content,evaluation mechanism,and other aspects of employment guidance in universities under the background of industry and education integration,and proposes corresponding solutions,aiming to improve the quality and effectiveness of employment guidance in universities based on industry and education integration.
