摘要
随着我国社会经济的不断进步和发展,人们的物质生活水平不断提高,建筑行业也得到了高速发展。伴随着中国建筑业现代化技术的逐步完善,模块化建筑逐渐成了建筑领域的焦点话题,其在各种类型的建设项目中得到了普遍使用并得到了国家住建部的多项政策支持。相较于传统建筑方法,装配式结构在现代住宅建造技术上的使用范围正持续发展并扩大。同时,装配式结构也需要在建筑领域得到更广阔的运用,它的优点包括能有效地提升生产率、加快施工进程,减少工地污染物排放,节省资源,实施环保型、低碳型的施工,并为工程质量及标准化的保持提供保障。进一步提高装配式结构的标准化技术,可以优化建筑工序,转变施工系统的运行模式,有助于提升建筑品质。
With the continuous progress and development of China’s social economy,people’s material living standards are constantly improving,and the construction industry has also experienced rapid development.With the gradual improvement of modern technology in China’s construction industry,modular architecture has gradually become a hot topic in the field of architecture.It has been widely used in various types of construction projects and has received multiple policy support from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development.Compared to traditional building methods,modern residential construction technology is continuously developing and expanding the use of prefabricated components in the construction process.At the same time,prefabricated structures also need to be widely used in the construction field.Its advantages include effectively improving productivity,accelerating construction processes,reducing on-site pollutant emissions,saving resources,implementing environment-friendly and low-carbon construction,and providing guarantees for maintaining project quality and standardization.Further improving the standardization technology of prefabricated structures can optimize building processes and transform the operating mode of construction systems,which helps to improve building quality.
