摘要
心房颤动(房颤)是一种常见的快速性心律失常,能显著增加患者的死亡、卒中、心力衰竭、认知功能障碍和痴呆等风险。目前房颤的治疗主要侧重于抗凝以预防栓塞事件和进行节律控制以改善症状,然而疗效有限。近年来,越来越多的研究证实铁死亡能够参与房颤的发生并促进其进展。本文将围绕铁死亡与房颤之间的关系予以综述,以期为房颤发病机制的研究提供新的思路。
Atrial fibrillation is a common type of rapid arrhythmia that can significantly increase the risk of death, stroke, heart failure, cognitive impairment, and dementia in patients.Currently, the treatment of atrial fibrillation mainly focuses on anticoagulation to prevent embolic events and rhythm control to improve symptoms, but the efficacy is limited.In recent years, an increasing number of studies have confirmed that ferroptosis can participate in the occurrence of atrial fibrillation and promote its progression.This article will review the relationship between ferroptosis and atrial fibrillation to provide new insights into the pathogenesis of atrial fibrillation.
