摘要
综述纳米金刚石在发动机油、齿轮油、液压油等润滑油领域发挥润滑抗磨和节能减排作用的研究与应用进展。粒径在4.8~5.4 nm的金刚石微粒经特殊表面改性后悬浮于润滑油中,制成纳米金刚石润滑油,可将滑动摩擦变为滚动摩擦,将化学吸附膜变为物理吸附膜,其油膜承载能力成倍提高,油膜硬度提高2.6倍,减摩抗磨、减振降噪作用明显。纳米金刚石发动机油可全面改善发动机排放性、动力性、经济性、清净性,使发动机出水温度和排气温度降低12℃,缸套表面硬度提高9.28%,具有免拆卸清洗功能。纳米金刚石齿轮油可使钢磨损量降低70%~82%,提高机械传动效率。纳米金刚石液压油可在50 MPa的超高压下使内漏减少36.8%,有效缓解长期存在的机床爬行问题。
This article summarizes the research and application progress of nanodiamonds in lubricating oil fields such as engine oil,gear oil,hydraulic oil,etc.in terms of their lubrication,anti-wear,energy saving and emission reduction functions.After special surface modification,diamond particles with a particle size distribution of 4.8~5.4nm are suspended in lubricating oil to produce nanodiamond lubricating oil.It can change sliding friction into rolling friction,and change chemical adsorption film into physical adsorption film.Its oil film bearing capacity is doubled,and the oil film hardness is increased by 2.6 times.Its anti-friction,anti-wear,vibration and noise reduction effects are significant.Nanodiamond engine oil can comprehensively improve engine emissions,power,economy and cleanliness,which reduces the engine outlet temperature and exhaust temperatures by 12℃,and increases the surface hardness of the cylinder liner by 9.28%with disassembly free cleaning function.Nanodiamond gear oil can reduce steel wear by 70~82%and improve mechanical transmission efficiency.Nanodiamond hydraulic oil can reduce internal leakage by 36.8%under ultra-high pressure 50 MPa,effectively alleviating the long-standing problem of machine tool crawling.
