摘要
干燥综合征是一种淋巴细胞增殖并浸润外分泌腺的自身免疫性疾病,属中医“燥痹”范畴。其发病机制尚不完全明确。西药治疗虽具有确切疗效,但存在药物价格昂贵,服药周期长,不良反应较多等弊端。通过总结相关资料和临床数据,发现中医药治疗干燥综合征具有多靶点、多元化、全面性的治疗特点,在防止疾病恶化,调节免疫紊乱等方面有鲜明优势。现通过查阅相关文献,就近年来中医药医治干燥综合征的进展作一系统综述,为临床治疗干燥综合征提供新的方案和思路。
Sjogren's syndrome is an autoimmune disease in which lymphocytes proliferate and infiltrate exocrine glands. Its pathogenesis is not fully understood. Although western medicine has definite curative effect, it has some disadvantages such as expensive drug price, long drug cycle and many adverse reactions. By summarizing relevant data and clinical data, it is found that Chinese medicine has the characteristics of multi-target, diversified and comprehensive treatment of Sjogren's syndrome, and has distinct advantages in preventing disease deterioration and regulating immune disorders. This article reviewed the progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Sjogren's syndrome in recent years,and provided new plans and ideas for clinical treatment of Sjogren's syndrome.
