摘要
目的探讨感控培训在医院感染管理中的应用价值。方法以2021年3月—2023年1月住院的270例患者和40名工作人员为研究对象,患者和工作人员均根据随机抽样法平均分成对照组和观察组,每组135例患者,20名工作人员。其中对照组接受常规管理,观察组接受感控培训,对两组工作人员的管理水平、管理成绩、感染发生情况及患者的护理满意度进行对比。结果管理评分对比显示,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组管理成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论感控培训能够提高医务人员的感染管理水平,能够降低患者的感染发生率,提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To explore application value of infection control training in hospital infection management.Methods The paper chose 270 hospitalized patients and 40 staff members from March 2021 to January 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 135 patients and 20 staff in each group.Control group was treated with routine management,while observation group with infection control training.Management level,management performance,infection incidence,and nursing satisfaction degree of patients was compared between two groups.Results Comparison of management scores showed,those of observation group were higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Management performance of observation group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of infection in observation group was lower than control group,comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group,comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Infection control training can improve infection management level of medical staff,reduce incidence of infection,and improve nursing satisfaction degree of patients.
