摘要
目的 探讨O型臂成像系统在喙突骨折切开复位内固定术中的应用。方法 对1例应用O型臂成像系统协助手术治疗喙突骨折合并肩锁关节脱位病人的临床资料进行分析,并复习相关文献。结果 与传统C型臂X线机比较,术中应用O型臂成像系统可实现喙突骨折内固定的精准置钉,缩短手术时间,避免并发症发生。结论 术中应用O型臂成像系统可提高喙突骨折手术准确性和安全性。
Objective To investigate the application of the O-arm imaging system in open reduction and internal fixation for coracoid fracture.Methods An analysis was performed for the clinical data of a patient with coracoid fracture and acromioclavi-cular dislocation who underwent surgical treatment assisted by the O-arm imaging system,and a literature review was also performed.Results Compared with the traditional C-arm X-ray instrument,the O-arm imaging system used during surgery could realize precise screw placement for coracoid fracture internal fixation,shorten the time of operation,and avoid complications.Conclusion\The intraoperative application of the O-arm imaging system can improve the accuracy and safety of open reduction and internal fixation for coracoid fracture.
