针刺联合肌电生物反馈疗法对脑梗死后前臂旋后功能障碍患者运动功能的影响

Impact of Acupuncture Combined with Electromyographic Biofeedback Therapy on the Motor Function of Patients with Forearm Supination Dysfunction After Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的:探讨针刺联合肌电生物反馈疗法治疗脑梗死后前臂旋后功能障碍患者的效果及其对运动功能的影响。方法:选取符合纳入标准的脑梗死后前臂旋后功能障碍患者122例,依据随机数字表随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各61例。对照组采用常规对症治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上给予针刺联合肌电生物反馈疗法治疗,两组治疗时间均为1个月。比较两组患者治疗前后的神经功能缺损评分量表(NIHSS)评分、临床痉挛指数(CSI)评分、Fugl-Meyer肢体运动功能评估(FMA)评分、Carroll上肢功能测试(UEFT)评分、关节活动度以及生活质量综合评定量表(GQOLI-74)各维度评分。结果:与治疗前比较,两组治疗后NIHSS、CSI评分均降低(P<0.05),且研究组治疗后NIHSS、CSI评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后FMA评分、UEFT评分、关节活动度升高(P<0.05),且研究组治疗后FMA评分、UEFT评分、关节活动度高于对照组(P<0.01)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后GQOLI-74各维度评分均升高(P<0.05),且研究组治疗后GQOLI-74各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:针刺联合肌电生物反馈疗法治疗脑梗死后前臂旋后功能障碍患者,可改善患者的神经功能,降低患者的肢体痉挛程度,促进恢复患者的运动功能,提升患者的生活质量。 Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with electromyographic biofeedback therapy on the treatment of patients with forearm supination dysfunction after cerebral infarction and its impact on motor function.Methods:A total of 122 patients with forearm supination dysfunction after cerebral infarction who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 61 cases in each group.The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment,while the study group was treated with acupuncture combined with electromyographic biofeedback therapy in addition to the conventional treatment.Both groups were treated for one month.Neurological function deficit score(NIHSS),clinical spasm index(CSI)score,Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment(FMA)score,Carroll Upper Extremity Function Test(UEFT)score,joint range of motion,and scores of each dimension of the Comprehensive Quality of Life Evaluation Scale(GQOLI-74)were compared before and after treatment.Results:Compared with before treatment,NIHSS and CSI scores were significantly lower after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),with the study group showing lower scores than the control group(P<0.01).FMA score,UEFT score,and joint range of motion were significantly higher after treatment in both groups compared to before treatment(P<0.05),with the study group showing higher scores than the control group(P<0.01).The scores of each dimension of GQOLI-74 were significantly higher after treatment in both groups compared to before treatment(P<0.05),with the study group showing higher scores than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with electromyographic biofeedback therapy can improve neurological function,reduce limb spasticity,promote the recovery of motor function,and enhance the quality of life in patients with forearm supination dysfunction after cerebral infarction.
