摘要
城市地下管道顶管施工中,通常会遇到需要将预制水泥管回收再利用的问题,同时希望顶管机施工过程中,中间换刀的空间能够更大更安全,而传统的中继间结构目前无法实现。为了解决这一施工中的难题,设计了一种带支撑调向机构的特殊中继顶进系统,该特殊中继间结构通过在传统中继间基础上增加前后撑靴结构,实现中继间系统既能向前推进又能向后回撤,从而达到将预制水泥管顶出再利用以及将刀盘回拉增大前端换刀空间的目的。
In the construction of urban underground pipeline jacking,it is common to encounter the problem of recycling and reusing prefabricated cement pipes.At the same time,it is hoped that the space for changing the middle knife during the jacking machine construction process can be larger and safer,while traditional relay structures are currently unable to achieve this.In order to solve this construction problem,a special relay jacking system with support and direction adjustment mechanism was designed.This special relay room structure adds front and rear support shoe structures on the basis of the traditional relay room,achieving both forward and backward pushing of the relay room system,thereby achieving the goal of pushing out and reusing prefabricated cement pipes and increasing the front end tool changing space by pulling back the cutterhead.
