摘要
乳腺癌是女性最常见的癌症之一,其已取代肺癌成为全球发病率第一的癌症。中医经方治疗本病在提高临床综合疗效及减少放化疗不良反应方面独具特色,同时其对乳腺癌的抗癌药理机制涉及增强癌细胞化疗敏感性或逆转肿瘤细胞耐药性、抑制肿瘤血管生成、抑制癌细胞增殖或促进肿瘤细胞凋亡等。中医经方对乳腺癌患者生活质量的有效干预体现在提高患者的免疫功能、调节抑郁状态或焦虑情绪、提高睡眠质量等方面。这不但有利于丰富中医药理论体系,而且有利于弥补西医放、化疗等治疗存在的不足,从而更好地完善临床中西结合对乳腺癌患者的诊疗方案,以协助临床医师今后在临床诊疗方面有效降低乳腺癌的致残率和致死率。
Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers among women,which has replaced lung cancer as the cancer with the highest incidence in the world.The treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)prescriptions is unique in improving the comprehensive clinical efficacy and reducing the adverse reactions of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.At the same time,its anti-cancer pharmacological mechanisms for breast cancer involve enhancing the chemosensitivity of cancer cells or reversing the drug resistance of tumor cells,inhibiting tumor angiogenesis,inhibiting the proliferation of cancer cells or promoting tumor cell apoptosis.The effective intervention of TCM prescriptions on the quality of life of the breast cancer patients can be reflected in improving the immune function,regulating depression or anxiety,and improving sleep quality of the patients.This is conducive not only to expanding the theoretical system of TCM,but also to making up for the shortcomings of the existing western medicine radiotherapy,chemotherapy and other treatments,so as to better improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment program for breast cancer patients with integrated Chinese and western medicine,and help the clinicians to effectively reduce the disability rate and mortality rate in the future.
