摘要
基于我国镍原料需求大、产能少,导致对外依存度高的现实,首先,系统分析了我国镍原料供应链现状及影响因素,特别是考虑地缘政治因素的影响;进而,基于供应链韧性测度理论,构建了我国镍原料进口供应链的测度指标,并进一步建立了我国镍原料供应链韧性的评价模型。相关案例分析显示,对于不同的供应商及其供货量,衡量供应链韧性的绩效水平存在上限且始终不能达到最优韧性,因此需对供应链起点进行调整。而不同的供应链起点,会导致韧性波动的不同规律,这可能与地缘政治的影响紧密相关。因此,可以认为,通过选择合适的供应源作为供应链起点、选择合适的供应量而非一次性满足所有需求、选择适当的时间和价格,从而克服地缘政治因素的影响,并尽量满足供应链的韧性以达到适度韧性。
This study is based on the reality of high external dependence caused by the high demand for nickel raw materials in China but insufficient production capacity.First of all,the present situation and influencing factors of nickel raw material supply chain in China are systematically analyzed,especially considering the influence of geopolitical factors.Then,based on the theory of supply chain resilience measurement,the measurement index of nickel raw material import supply chain in China is constructed,and the evaluation model of nickel raw material supply chain resilience is further established.Relevant case studies show that for different suppliers and their supply quantity,the performance level of measuring supply chain resilience has a ceiling and cannot reach the optimal resilience all along,so the supply chain starting point needs to be adjusted.Different supply chain starting points lead to different patterns of resilience fluctuations,which may be closely related to geopolitical influences.Therefore,it can be argued that by choosing the right supply source as the starting point of the supply chain,choosing the right supply quantity rather than meeting all demand at once,choosing the right time and price,we can overcome the influence of geopolitical factors,and try to meet the resilience of the supply chain to achieve moderate resilience.
