光滑念珠菌毒力因子Epa黏附素的研究进展

摘要 光滑念珠菌为一种常见的念珠菌病病原体,其感染率呈现不断上升的趋势。相较于其他非白念珠菌,光滑念珠菌凭借其较强的适应性黏附能力和生物膜生成能力,其引发的感染往往呈现出更高的致病性。其中,位于菌株细胞壁表面的上皮黏附素(epithelial adhesin,Epa)家族发挥了关键作用,其能够介导菌株与宿主细胞及非生物表面的黏附和生物膜的形成,从而影响菌株的毒力表现。该文从光滑念珠菌毒力因子Epa黏附素的结构、其在菌株致病中的作用以及EPA基因相关分子调控机制等方面,对光滑念珠菌Epa黏附素的相关研究进行综述。
