多空腔扁长型材铝挤压模具设计与加工

摘要 根据新能源汽车电池壳体底板类型材的结构特性进行模具设计方案研究,探求稳定挤压生产该类型材的模具结构和模具制造的着重点,选取其中一款具有代表性的型材,根据该类型材在实际挤压生产中容易出现的问题,了解型材的制造难点,设计4种不同的模具结构方案并进行实际挤压生产效果的跟踪,通过对比分析,总结模具设计的关键点和对模具加工的要求,对模具结构方案进行优化创新,最终设计出了最优的模具结构方案。分析如何根据实际情况采用合理的模具结构,模具制造通过控制加工过程中的人为干预因素的措施来提高模具加工的精度,最优模具结构方案在提高挤压生产效率的同时能降低投入模具成本,对相关模具设计与加工工程技术人员有一定的参考意义。 The mold design of the new energy vehicle battery case bottom plate is studied based on its structural characteristics to achieve the purpose of stable extrusion of aluminum alloy profiles.A representative aluminum alloy profile is selected and studied.Based on the problems that occurred during actual extrusion production,its manufacturing difficulties are understood.Then four different mold structure schemes are designed and actual extrusion experiments are conducted.Through comparative analysis,the optimal mold structure solution is obtained by continuously optimizing and summarizing the key points of mold design and mold processing requirements.Adopting reasonable mold structure according to actual situation is studied.By controlling human intervention factors in the processing process to improve the accuracy of mold processing,the optimal mold structure scheme can improve extrusion production efficiency while reducing mold manufacturing costs,which has certain reference significance for related mold design and technical personnel.
