基于MaxEnt模型对新疆博州6种优势蝗虫潜在宜生区分析

Analysis of Potential Suitable Habitats of Six Dominant Locusts in the Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture,Xinjiang Based on the MaxEnt Model

摘要 以新疆博州为研究区域,采用2015~2018年和2021~2022年实地调查的6种优势蝗虫233个地理分布点数据,结合24项环境变量,运用最大熵模型(MaxEnt)分析了其宜生区分布的影响因子和相关生态位参数。结果表明:最大熵模型筛选出的11个变量模拟效果较好,各模型的平均AUC值均大于0.85;贡献率分析表明,影响6种蝗虫宜生区分布的生境因子主要为海拔、土壤含水量、坡度和植被覆盖度,累计贡献率均在40%以上,其他生境因子因蝗虫种类不同而存在差异。整体而言,6种蝗虫高宜生区面积比例最小,其面积均小于全州面积的5%。不同蝗虫的高宜生区呈现出一定的地域性,意大利蝗和黑条小车蝗的高宜生区分布于博州西部(温泉县),宽须蚁蝗和小米纹蝗的高宜生区分布于博州中部和西部(博乐市和温泉县),黑腿星翅蝗的高宜生区分布于博州中部(博乐市和精河县),西伯利亚蝗的高宜生区分布于博州中部的赛里木湖(博乐市)。在高宜生区应进行蝗虫的长期监测和防治,中宜生区是蝗虫潜在暴发概率最大的区域,需要进行短期重点监测。 In this study,233 geographic distribution points of six dominant locust species were sur⁃veyed in Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture,Xinjiang from 2015 to 2018 and 2021 to 2022.Com⁃bined with 24 environmental variables,the maximum entropy model(MaxEnt)was used to analyze the influencing factors and related ecological niche parameters of their distribution in suitable areas.The results indicated that the MaxEnt entropy model performed well in simulating the 11 selected variables,and the average AUC values of each model were all greater than 0.85.According to the analysis of contribution rates,the habitat factors that affect the distribution of suitable habitat for six types of locusts were mainly altitude,soil moisture content,slope,and vegetation coverage,with cumulative contribution rates all above 40%.Other habitat factors varied depending on the type of locusts.Overall,the proportion of high habitat area for six locusts species was the smallest,with their areas all less than 5%of the total area of Bozhou.The high habitat areas of different locusts exhibited certain regional characteristics.The high habi⁃tat areas for Calliptamus italicus and Oedaleus decorus decorus were located in the western part of Bortala Mon⁃gol Autonomous Prefecture(Wenquan County),while those for Myrmeleotettix palpalis and Notostaurus albi⁃cornis were located in the central and western parts of Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture(Bole City and Wenquan County),the high habitat areas for Calliptamus barbarus barbarus were located in the central part of Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture(Bole City and Jinghe County),and the high habitat areas for Gompho⁃cerus sibiricus were located in Sayram Lake in the central part of Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture(Bole City).Long-term monitoring and control of locusts should be conducted in high priority areas,while moder⁃ate priority areas had the highes potential for locust outbreaks and require short-term focused monitoring.
