摘要
随着城市化进程的推进,城市规模扩大,同时城中村问题得以遗留。政府相关部门为优化城市环境,改善居民居住条件,采用城中村建筑改造方案,促进城中村可持续发展。文章结合实际情况,依据城市化发展要求,落实城中村改造项目,阐述项目方案与实践,强调城中村建筑改造的协调性、系统性,实现对建筑空间的优化和古建筑的修复保护,保障城中村建筑改造的科学性和综合效益。
With the advancement of urbanization,the scale of the city has expanded,and the problem of urban villages has been left behind.In order to optimize the urban environment and improve the living conditions of residents,the relevant government departments adopt the urban village building renovation plan to promote the sustainable development of urban villages.Based on the actual situation and the requirements of urbanization development,this paper implements the urban village renovation project,expounds the project plan and practice,emphasizes the coordination and systematicness of urban village building renovation,realizes the optimization of building space and the restoration and protection of ancient buildings,and ensures the scientificity and comprehensive benefits of the urban village renovation.
