摘要
钢筋混凝土结构具有承载能力高、耐久性强等特点,广泛用于高层构筑物中,但在结构服役过程中会不可避免地受极端天气如强风、强降雨、强降雪、地震作用的影响,同时也有人群荷载,施工工况等确定性激励的影响,当某种作用或作用组合超过容许值时,钢筋混凝土结构将产生开裂,随着外部环境侵蚀的加剧、荷载的持续作用,结构裂隙逐渐增大,严重影响结构耐久性。本文通过大量资料调研,从高层建筑结构本质特点出现,多方面研究分析了影响高层建筑结构耐久性的因素,并提出了针对性的防控措施,综合资料调研及相关工程经验,提出了一套系统完善的从高层建筑结构本质特点出现,可为类似工程提供一定参考价值。
Reinforced concrete structures are widely used in high-rise buildings due to their high load-bearing capacity and strong durability.However,during the service life of the structure,they are inevitably affected by extreme weather conditions such as strong winds,heavy rainfall,heavy snowfall,earthquakes,as well as deterministic excitations such as crowd loads and construction conditions.When a certain action or combination of actions exceeds the allowable value,reinforced concrete structures will crack.With the intensification of external environmental erosion and the continuous action of loads,structural cracks gradually increase,seriously affecting the durability of the structure.This article conducts extensive research on the essential characteristics of high-rise building structures,analyzes the factors that affect the durability of high-rise building structures from multiple aspects,and proposes targeted prevention and control measures.Based on comprehensive data research and relevant engineering experience,a systematic and comprehensive set of essential characteristics of high-rise building structures is proposed,which can provide certain reference value for similar projects.
