The folk handicrafts of the Dai people contain profound cultural meaning and ecological wisdom.Patterns and motifs manifest the reverence for nature and the pursuit of ecological balance,reflecting the harmonious symbiosis between the Dai people and the nature.The formation of their ecological view is influenced by multiple factors such as natural environment,history and religion.Dai folk handicrafts reveal that modern society should respect the nature,integrate tradition and modernity,and realize the co-prosperity of ecology and culture.These patterns are not only a bridge between ecology and a harmonious society,but also show unique charm of the Dai culture,which provides valuable inspiration for the sustainable development and cultural inheritance of modern society.
